The team brings professional lighting and checks venue conditions in advance, so nobody is waiting on us when the programme starts. We work quietly and take our cues from whoever is running the day.

As conference photographers in Dubai, we photograph speakers on stage, panel discussions, the audience and the conversations in the breaks, giving you enough variety for a recap post, a press release and next year's promotion. At gala dinners and award ceremonies, we cover the winners on stage and the reactions at the tables, as well as arrivals and any branded backdrops your sponsors will want to see. Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours, and everything is delivered to a private online gallery with download access. Most events are covered in two to six hours, and a shorter event can be booked by the hour. Compare corporate packages for the full detail.
Launches and conferences often need images before the day is over. A same-day preview selection can be requested with any of our corporate packages, and we plan the edit around your posting times.
When your people are together in one place, it is a good moment for team headshots on the day. Set aside a quiet room and a slot in the programme, and we will light it for a run of consistent portraits. An extra photographer keeps the event covered in the meantime. The team brings professional lighting and checks venue conditions in advance, so a dim ballroom or a busy exhibition hall is planned for well before the day.
Yes. Set aside a quiet room and a time slot, and we will light it for consistent headshots while your team takes turns between sessions. If the event itself still needs covering during that time, add an extra photographer. For individual executive portraits, our Personal Branding service is the better fit.
Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours, and the full photos and video follow in the time set out in your package or quote, all delivered to a private online gallery with download access. If you need them sooner, express delivery is available as an add-on for photos and for video. For images on the day itself, ask about a same-day preview.

Sadiya is by far the best photographer I have worked with ! She really knows her craft and is so good at what she does. She puts customers at ease right from the beginning and makes photoshootd so much fun for little kids too ! Honestly i did one shoot with her and decided to never go with anyone else except her as she makes you feel like you’re home, you’re comfortable and making sure everything goes smoothly. She’s so calm and patient with everything. The most humble photographer i have ever encountered and is always on time, she’s that friendly face that you want when you’re doing a shoot with your kids so they feel just as comfortable. Her shots are absolutely beautiful and so far i have done 3 shoots with her and i can safely say i have been extremely happy how everything turned out❤️❤️❤️
