A good party has its own momentum. Guests arrive in twos and threes, the room warms up, a speech runs a little long, and then the music takes over. As event photographers in Dubai, we keep pace with all of it. The hug at the door, the table that bursts out laughing and the grandparent watching quietly from the corner matter as much as the cake.
Our approach is quiet. We move with the evening, step in for a few group photos when the moment is right, and step back again so everyone can enjoy themselves.
Our event photography in Dubai is built around private celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and dinners that mark a milestone. As birthday party photographers in Dubai, we cover anything from a first birthday at home to a milestone dinner on a yacht. Private party photography works just as well in a hotel, on the beach, in the desert or anywhere else you have in mind, and we arrange permits and logistics where they are needed. Every event package pairs a photographer with an event videographer, so you get the stills and a film of the night from one team in Dubai rather than two separate suppliers. The packages above set out the images and films each one includes, from a few hours to a full day, with current prices.
A smaller gathering may not need a full package, so coverage can also be booked by the hour for photos, video or both. Compare event packages, then add what you need: an extra photographer for a large guest list, or a photo album for the family shelf.
Before the event, we go through your running order and the people who matter most. The team checks venue conditions in advance and brings professional lighting, which makes a real difference in dim party rooms and late evenings. If the décor matters to you, plan for us to start before guests arrive, so the room and the table details are photographed while they are still untouched.
Afterwards, sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours. The full photo gallery and the film follow in the time set out in your package or quote, and everything is delivered to a private online gallery with download access. Express delivery is available if you need things sooner.

What people ask us before they book, answered plainly
Yes. If the décor matters to you, ask us to start before guests arrive, so the room and the table details are photographed while they are still untouched. Once guests are in, the focus moves to people, and the tables rarely look the same again. Mention it when you book, with the time the set-up will be finished, and we will plan the first part of the coverage around it.
Yes. Home is one of the locations in our planner, alongside hotels, yachts, beaches and the desert. The team brings professional lighting, so an indoor party in the evening can still look warm and natural. Tell us roughly how many guests to expect and when the cake is coming out, and we will plan around it.
Most events are covered in two to six hours. A birthday dinner with arrivals, a speech and the cake can fit into a shorter window, while a large celebration with performances and dancing may need the whole evening. Our packages run from a few hours to a full day, and shorter events can be booked by the hour.
Yes. Every event package includes a photographer and a videographer, so you get the stills and a film of the night from one crew. Each package sets out which films it includes. For a bigger event, you can add an extra videographer or an extra photographer.
Our Corporate packages are usually the better fit. They are built for conferences, product launches, gala dinners and award ceremonies, and include a commercial usage licence for marketing, PR and social media. This service is designed for birthdays, anniversaries and other private celebrations.
Two to four weeks is usually enough for a private celebration. For a large event, or a date in peak season between October and April, get in touch earlier. If your party is sooner than that, send a request through the planner anyway, as Sadiya replies to every enquiry within 24 hours with her availability.

Sadiya is by far the best photographer I have worked with ! She really knows her craft and is so good at what she does. She puts customers at ease right from the beginning and makes photoshootd so much fun for little kids too ! Honestly i did one shoot with her and decided to never go with anyone else except her as she makes you feel like you’re home, you’re comfortable and making sure everything goes smoothly. She’s so calm and patient with everything. The most humble photographer i have ever encountered and is always on time, she’s that friendly face that you want when you’re doing a shoot with your kids so they feel just as comfortable. Her shots are absolutely beautiful and so far i have done 3 shoots with her and i can safely say i have been extremely happy how everything turned out❤️❤️❤️
