Standard Bookings: A 50% advance payment is required to secure all bookings. For totals of 2000 AED or below, the remaining 50% is due immediately after the shoot and prior to the release of any deliverables. For totals above 2000 AED, the remaining balance is split, requiring 25% immediately after the shoot and the final 25% upon final delivery once the client is satisfied.
Flexible Retainer Model: All retainer bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance. A 50% deposit per visit is required at booking. Additional visits beyond the agreed schedule are subject to availability. All terms and conditions regarding edits and revisions, with the exception of delivery timelines, apply fully to the flexible retainer model.
Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
Deliverables and Turnaround Time
Delivery Method: Images and videos will be delivered via a secure online gallery or USB drive.
Photo Selection: We first share unedited raw data to allow clients the flexibility to pick their preferred photos. Clients must submit their final selection within 1 week. If the selection is not made within this timeframe, the standard delivery timelines may change depending on team availability.
Gallery Access and Storage: Edits will be shared and kept in the online gallery for up to 2 weeks. Clients must download their files during this period. Pixelicious Photography will store final files on our drives for a maximum of 1 month. If a client fails to download within 2 weeks and requests a reupload, an extra fee will be charged.
Small Sessions (Portraits, Fashion, Product, Lifestyle): Preview images will be shared within 3 business days. Final edited photographs will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, subject to timely client selection. Final edited videos will be delivered within 10 business days.
Weddings and Large Events: Unedited photographs will be shared within 3 to 5 business days for selection. Final edited photographs will be delivered within 10 to 12 business days after the client submits their final selection. Final edited videos will be delivered within 20 business days.
Editing Scope and Revisions
Photo Editing Scope: Standard photo editing includes basic color correction, exposure adjustment, and light retouching. It does not include cropping, complex beauty editing, or body manipulation (e.g., altering body shapes, making a nose bigger or smaller, extensive skin smoothing, or removing complex background elements). Advanced beauty editing is available as a separate, paid service.
Photo Revisions: One (1) complimentary revision is included for photo editing.
Video Revisions: One (1) complimentary revisions is included for video editing. Additional video revisions will be charged at 250 AED per revision.
Revision Timeline: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.
Event Coverage, Overtime, and Travel
Coverage Duration: Each event visit includes the agreed number of shooting hours.
Overtime: Any extension beyond the agreed duration exceeding 15 minutes will be charged at the hourly rate mentioned on our website. Extensions are subject to team availability.
Travel Fees: A transportation fee of 250 AED applies for shoots outside Dubai. A fee of 150 AED applies for far distance locations within Dubai.
Additional Costs: Any access, parking, or permit fees required for the location will be billed directly to the client.
Client Responsibilities
Punctuality: Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Delays exceeding 15 minutes will be deducted from the scheduled shooting time.
Preparation: The client must ensure all necessary preparations (e.g., hair and makeup, food plating, decor setup, lighting conditions) are completed prior to the team arriving.
Permits: The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits and permissions for photography and videography at the chosen venue.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
48 Hour Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
24 to 48 Hour Policy: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made between 24 and 48 hours before the shoot, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Strict 24 Hour Policy: If a request is made within 24 hours of the shoot time, it will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Force Majeure: If a severe natural event or circumstance completely beyond our control makes the shoot physically impossible, the client will receive a full refund.
Photographer Cancellation: If Pixelicious Photography is unable to fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made for the affected visits will be refunded in full.
Copyright, Usage, and Confidentiality
Intellectual Property: All images and videos remain the property of Pixelicious Photography and are protected under UAE copyright law.
Marketing Usage: Pixelicious Photography reserves the right to use selected content for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
Privacy: Clients requiring exclusivity or complete privacy must request this in writing prior to the shoot. Additional fees may apply for full copyright buyout.
Confidentiality: The team agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any private information shared during the project.
Liability and Indemnification
Liability: Pixelicious Photography will take all reasonable precautions to deliver high quality services. However, the company is not responsible for adverse weather, uncooperative subjects, or circumstances beyond our control affecting the quality of the content.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Pixelicious Photography harmless from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from actions taken during the event.
Governing Law and Entire Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Pixelicious Photography, superseding any prior agreements. By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges acceptance of all terms stated above.
